PNRR: extension until 31 May 2022 for grants to businesses: EUR 1.2 billion to support the growth and internationalisation of small and medium-sized Italian enterprises, to help them develop exports, digitalisation and energy efficiency.
BENEFICIARIES:
All small and medium-sized enterprises with their registered office in Italy, with at least two deposited balance sheets covering two complete financial years.
ELIGIBLE COSTS (divided by area):
Sustainability:
- Investment in energy and water efficiency, climate impact mitigation, etc;
- Expenditure on environmental assessments/certifications related to funding, including compliance checks EC Technical Guidelines (2021/C 58/01) on the "Do no significant harm" (DNSH) principle.
Internationalization:
- Investments for individual commercial structures in foreign countries, consultancy for internationalisation, promotional expenses and expenses for international events in Italy and abroad, etc. For corporations, with an average export turnover of at least 20% in the two-year period, or at least 10% of the last filed balance sheet.
Digitisation:
- Integration and digital development of business processes;
- Implementation/modernisation of organisational and management models vs. digital;
- Investment in technological equipment, computer programmes and digital content;
- Digital consultancy (i.e. digital manager);
- Disaster recovery, business continuity, blockchain (notarisation of production and management processes)
- Investments and training related to Industry 4.0 (e.g. cyber security, big data and analytics, cloud and fog computing, simulation and cyber-physical systems, visualisation systems, virtual and augmented reality, advanced and collaborative robotics, additive manufacturing, IOT and machines).
